Welcome kiosk

The Airport Authority lends a kiosk to organizations to welcome passengers coming to Ottawa as part of a large group, for a meeting, conference or special event. It can be reserved for a few hours, or a few days, free of charge!

The organization can:

  • Offer information verbally or by handing out materials;
  • Offer branded takeaways (provided that they are suitable for the general public); and
  • Display one bilingual pop-up banner.

The organization must:

  • Leave the kiosk in good condition;
  • Staff the kiosk during the time periods reserved;
  • Bring all material needed for setting up kiosk and take their belongings with them at the end of each day; and
  • Bring their own mobile devices.

The organization must not:

  • Affix anything to the kiosk;
  • Bring or request an additional table, bring balloons into the terminal, display a flag or other branded paraphernalia;
  • Leave anything on, in, under or around the kiosk overnight;
  • Move the kiosk to another location (it is located on Level 1 in Arrivals, near the centre door); or
  • Use the kiosk to generate an income.
