We were quite ‘feliz’ to welcome a Mexican food truck to YOW today!

The Airport Authority is providing a fun and flavourful addition to the food program this Fall. 

La Catrina, a family-owned and well-established restaurant in Ottawa, is now serving up their homemade Mexican food at the Airport – olé!

La Catrina is the city’s only churreria and will be serving their churros fresh to passengers and employees alike right on the Arrivals curb between pillars 13-14! They will also have tacos, empanadas, tortas and panuchos on the menu.

They will typically be on-site Monday-Friday from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. until November, with a few exceptions where they are already booked for events. 

Having the food truck will provide an improved customer experience, and help increase our commercial revenue sources (that help keep airline operating costs as low as possible).
