Airport Authority announces new Chair and appointment to its Board of Directors

The Ottawa International Airport Authority Board of Directors is pleased to announce the following changes to its Board:

  • Susan St. Amand, who was nominated to the Board by the Minister of Transport in 2012, was elected as the new Chair of the Board. The Board unanimously endorsed Susan’s nomination as Chair and is thrilled that she has accepted this important leadership position on behalf of our community. Ms. St. Amand is the Founder and President of Sirius Financial Services. Sirius provides strategic financial advisory services for individuals, families and entrepreneurs. She replaces Gilles Lalonde, who served as Chair since 2012;
  • Mr. Code Cubitt was nominated to the Board by Invest Ottawa. Mr. Cubitt, an engineer, is the Founder and Managing Director of Mistral Venture Partners, an early stage venture capital firm; and
  • Mr. Pat Kelly, who was nominated to the Board by Ottawa Tourism, is leaving the Board, at the end of his term.
