It’s also an ideal setting for kick-off meetings with people coming in from out of town, and for debriefings before returning home. Since our meeting facilities are located just steps from the airport’s security screening area, you will never have to worry about missing your flight!

So, before, after and even during your meeting, you can call up the information you need, keep the home office up-to-date, and access all the resources you would have in your own boardroom.
With over 3,000 spaces available in the secure, attached Parkade and 500 more within a short walk of the terminal, your guests will always be able to find convenient parking. And for those visiting from out of town, the airport is the perfect place to pick up and drop off rental vehicles. Parking fees are not included in the room rental fee.
We have four meeting facilities to suit your needs. Our rooms are available in semi-executive and basic formats, and can be configured for large (up to 20 people) and small meetings, and can be divided for breakout sessions.
