The following is the fee policy regarding Airport Security Access Card that are  “Lost”, “Stolen”, "Damaged" and “Failure to Return”.

Replacement fees

Lost/Stolen/Damaged

$50.00 plus HST

Failure to Return (FTR)

$250.00 plus HST

Stolen

No charge, on condition that:

  • The theft has been duly reported to the police of jurisdiction.
  • The individual must provide a police report number to the Airport Authority Customer Service Centre.
  • A Stolen Report is completed at the Customer Service Centre.

When an employee no longer requires an Airport Security Access Card (RAIC, Visitor Pass, or other passes), the company sponsoring the employee must immediately notify the Customer Service Centre by email and return the Airport Security Access Card to the Customer Service Centre to prevent any FTR fee, as per above chart. If it is determined as a result of an audit that an individual no longer requires an Airport  Security Access Card (RAIC, Visitor Pass, or other passes), because employment was terminated or any other circumstances and the Customer Service Centre was not notified, this will be considered a Failure to Return. Therefore, the employee and company/organization will each be charged $250.00 each plus HST.

The Airport Authority reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or to increase the above fees upon further investigation or circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
