At the Ottawa International Airport Authority, we think there are many things that make Ottawa-Gatineau an extraordinary place to live, work and play. The Ottawa Airport has reserved a space on Level 1 in the Arrivals area, where we are inviting community partners to show off their unique events, innovations and contributions to the fabric of our region. Located in the highest traffic area of the Airport, the “YOW Showcase” will offer participants great exposure to our visitors. Area X.O is a secure research and development complex for all-weather experimentation of next-generation smart mobility, autonomy and connectivity. Area X.O, which has an urban and rural mobility infrastructure with a 16km test track, was co-founded by the Government of Canada, the Government of Ontario, the City of Ottawa, Accenture, BlackBerry QNX, Ericsson, Microsoft, Nokia and Ottawa's post-secondary institutions. At Area X.O, innovators and companies are safely developing, testing, validating and demonstrating smart mobility technologies, and bringing them to market. The collaborative new technology display includes:

• A connected traffic light from the City of Ottawa
