How do I make an online booking?
Simply enter the date and time details, select your chosen parking lot and enter your personal details and payment details, and print your confirmation.
Will I be charged a booking fee?
There is no booking fee.
How far ahead can I book?
You can typically reserve your parking up to 12 months ahead of your travel date, however pricing is loaded by calendar year (January to December) in August of each year. If dates in the following year are unavailable please check back again closer to August. Once pricing for the next year is loaded, these dates will become available. At this point, inventory is not a concern and those dates will be available once all is up and loaded.
Can I book at short notice?
You can make a booking up to 3 hours prior to your arrival time.
What time should I enter on my booking?
The time you enter on your booking should be the time you expect to arrive at the Airport or depart from the Airport, not your flight time. For your arrival at the Airport, don’t forget to factor in time for check-in, security screening, etc. Upon your return, factor in time for disembarking, claiming luggage, clearing customs, etc.
If you enter the parking lot before your confirmed booking time, or exit the parking lot later than your confirmed booking time, you will be prompted to pay the cost of the excess time based on the rates displayed at the entry to the parking lot. All standard methods of payment are accepted. It is recommended that you select a time that is 2 hours prior to your planned arrival and 2 hours after your planned return.
How do I know that my booking has been placed?
Shortly after completing your booking you will receive an email with a booking reference number confirming all your details. You should print this email and bring it with you to the Airport. You can also view your booking by simply clicking on Manage my Booking at the top of the homepage. All bookings are made subject to our Terms and Conditions.
How do I book an accessible parking spot?
We do not differentiate the parking products for accessible parking spots. Accessible parking is available on all levels of the Parkade (P1) and in the Long-term/Overheight lot (P4).
What is "Display Previous Bookings"?
This allows you to view the recent bookings you have made. Simply enter your email address and postal code from the last booking made.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discovery, MasterCard, and Visa.
What does booking flexibility provide?
If you need the flexibility to amend or cancel your booking, we’ve got you covered. Online rates offer discounts over the drive-up rates, while providing you with the flexibility to amend or cancel your reservation as needed. You can amend a booking up to 3 hours prior to the arrival time of the booking at no charge. Cancellations to bookings can be made any time prior to the arrival time of the booking, and are subject to a cancellation fee of $5.00.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Bookings can be cancelled at least three hours prior to the arrival time of the booking, but are subject to a cancellation fee of $5.00. To cancel a booking, click on the “Manage my Booking” button at the top of the homepage and proceed with the cancellation.
What if I need to amend my booking?
You can amend a booking at least three hours prior to the arrival time at no charge. To amend a booking, click on the “Manage my Booking” button at the top of the homepage and make any required changes. When amending a booking the price originally paid at the time of the original reservation is, however, no longer applicable. The new reservation assumes the rates that are available at the date/time when the amendment is made. If a balance is due after the amendment is made, this balance must be paid in full before the change can be confirmed.
What do I do when I arrive at the parking lot?
Proceed to your chosen parking lot. Scan the QR code you received at the time of booking when you arrive at the entrance gate to gain access to the parking lot. You may print your e-ticket and scan from the hard copy or pull the QR code up on your mobile device and enlarge to scan.
What happens when I return to the parking lot?
Keep the QR code you received at the time of booking handy. Proceed to the exit in your vehicle. Scan the QR code at the parking exit gate.
What happens if I enter the parking lot prior to my confirmed booking time or exit later than my confirmed booking time?
If you enter the parking lot before your confirmed booking time, or exit the parking lot later than your confirmed booking time, you will be prompted to pay the cost of the excess time based on the rates displayed at the entry to the parking lot. How many times can I use my reservation QR code during the reservation period?
One entry into the parking lot and one exit out of the same parking lot is valid per reservation. The vehicle that enters must be the same as the one that exists.
