Baggage carts are available to use free of charge to help bring your luggage into and out of the terminal, to a vehicle.
There are cart corrals:
- on each level of the Parkade (P1)
- in the Long-term/Overheight lot (P4)
- between baggage carousels in the Arrivals area
- at each terminal entrance along the elevated roadway (Departures curb)
Cyclists who 'bike and fly' can lock their bikes indoors or outdoors while they are away.
Indoor bike racks are available at each end of the car rental hallway on Level 1 of the Parkade.
Exterior bike racks are located between the two roadways on the Arrivals level.
Heading somewhere warm during the Winter? Leave your coat and boots here! Items are stored safely and securely while you’re away. Passengers can also store their baggage for a few hours, weeks or months. This service offered by PARS 2000.
Help reduce single-use plastic and bring your re-usable water bottle with you to the airport. Multiple water stations are located throughout the terminal. Bring your empty bottle through security and fill it to quench your thirst as you wait for your flight.
Passengers can convert their cash (bills only) into a prepaid MasterCard card that can be used anywhere in the world that accepts Mastercard including to pay fees at their airline’s check-in counter and make purchases on board aircraft (subject to the carrier’s policy and standard procedure). There is a $6.00 fee to purchase a card which can be loaded with value up to $1,000.00.

SAVM offers domestic, international and transborder (U.S.) passengers, both arriving and departing, a stress-free travel experience.
- Meet passengers (individuals or groups) at the curb and help them navigate the check-in process, from curb to cabin;
- Meet passengers upon arrival and assist them with the disembarkation process and escort them through Canada Customs and Immigration*;
- Arrange ground transportation to and from the Airport;
- Escort unaccompanied minors (subject to the air carrier’s procedures and policies); and
- Offer services in English, French or other selected languages.
* SAVM is unable to expedite the passage through Canada Customs and Immigration, or provide assistance either in filling out forms or during the screening process (primary/secondary inspection).
