Florence Delaby joined the Airport Authority in 2023, where she leads the Airport's major capital expansion program and strategic planning efforts. 

With over 25 years of experience, Florence has built a strong reputation for successfully managing complex, large-scale infrastructure projects across diverse sectors including aviation, healthcare, power, and construction. Noteworthy projects in her portfolio include developments at Montreal Airport, McGill University Health Centre, and the Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal.

She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Institut catholique d'arts et métiers (ICAM) in France and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). At YOW, Florence thrives in the dynamic Airport environment, where she advocates for innovative and sustainable solutions. Beyond her technical prowess, she ensures that YOW’s infrastructure projects are aligned with the community’s needs.
