Lisa Dwyer Hurteau joined the Authority in 2007 and oversees the Legal and Human Resources teams; she also serves as Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors, and in mid-2024, has taken on Security and Emergency Management and the Airport Fire Service. Prior to joining the organization, Lisa practiced corporate law in Toronto then Ottawa in large national law firms.

She obtained a Bachelor of Arts (English Literature and Political Science) from Memorial University of Newfoundland, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a law degree from the University of Ottawa in 1997 and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1999.

Lisa enjoys the fast-paced world of aviation and the collaborative team atmosphere at the Ottawa Airport.
