Marc Joyal is a seasoned bilingual senior executive with over 30 years of expertise and experience working with all levels of governments in complex, multi-stakeholder, and regulated environments. 

He began his career at Deloitte, and has since served in a variety of senior executive positions at the University of Ottawa, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and the Monfort Hospital. 

Marc has served on several private enterprise and not-for-profit Boards of Directors and provincial committees. Marc served on the Accounting Standards Board (Canada) and was a visiting professor at Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. He has been an At large member of the Airport Authority’s Board since 2022 and serves on the Audit and Major Infrastructure and Environment committees. 

A graduate of the University of Ottawa in Commerce Honours (Finance) and Université du Québec en Outaouais in Business Administration (Accounting).

Marc is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), CA member of CPA Ontario and CPA Québec.
