The available lands support a range of uses, and offer unique and unparalleled access to the Airport, nearby federal research institutions and the City of Ottawa’s Light Rail Transit (O-Train) network.

The Airport Authority is considering development of its own future infrastructure in this sector, and looks forward to exploring creative and mutually beneficial approaches to development with prospective developers/end users.
